El bufet ha trabajado de forma ininterrumpida a lo largo de estos a\u00f1os gracias a la incorporaci\u00f3n y liderazgo de su hijo, Joaquim Anton Doy Pica, en el a\u00f1o 1.962. Posteriormente, en 1.991 se incorpor\u00f3 la tercera generaci\u00f3n de abogados de la familia, Joaquim Doy Gorina. En el a\u00f1o 2001 se sum\u00f3 al equipo, la abogada Sandra Esquena Fern\u00e1ndez, especialista en Derecho de Familia.
